TagMyFav  is a bookmarking solution offered by Avishkaram Technologies Pvt. Ltd hereafter referred as “Avishkaram Technologies”. Avishkaram Technologies, is an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 3RD floor, 121 EKAA Building, Bengaluru -560077, Karnataka India.

By using the tagmyfav.com web site or TagMyFav apps as described in the table below, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, its affiliates and all users who access our services through your account to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms “you” or ““your” shall refer to such entity, its affiliates and users associated with it. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the services.

Avishkaram Technologies reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service for TagMyFav from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Account Creation & Usage Terms

• You must be 16 years or older to purchase this Service.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
• Your TagMyFav subscription may only be used by one person—a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your plan allows.
• You must already have a valid Office365 / Microsoft 365 license which supports Office App for Outlook and Microsoft Teams. TagMyFav does not offer a license.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Office365 account and password. TagMyFav never stores or asks for your Office 365 credentials. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
• You will not use the TagMyFav service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

• All paid plans must enter a valid credit card. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
• An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will immediately bill you.
• The service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable after the initial 30-day period. New users may cancel their account and request a refund 
• within 30 days of first signing up by emailing support@tagmyfav.com. After this period, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
• Refund process may take up to 45 days to reflect in your account.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Subscription

• Single paid/free subscription includes all companion apps like Add-in for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Extension and Web app. There is no separate charge for individual applications.
• Subscription cost only includes the TagMyFav service and does not include Office 365 license cost or any add-on service.
• Subscription costs remain the same whether users opt for one application or all.
• A Free Trial account can be used for 30 days for the purposes of trying the application and understanding the capabilities of the services.
• Free Trial subscription does not require credit card or payment.
• Free trial does not restrict the usage of any of the service of TagMyFav applications and users are bound with the same account terms as paid subscription.
• Accounts will be locked after the free trial subscription is over and all accounts and data will be deleted within 45 days.
• Any subscription plan cannot be used to demonstrate the use of an app with third party applications other than an app built for third party by TagMyFav.
• Subscription can be terminated, and future use of service will be barred in case of any violation of terms.
• Free Trial subscription does not require credit card or payment.
• Free trial does not restrict the usage of any of the service of TagMyFav applications and users are bound with the same account terms as paid subscription.
• Accounts will be locked after the free trial subscription is over and all accounts and data will be deleted within 45 days.

Cancellation and Termination

• You are solely responsible for properly canceling your service. You can cancel your service subscription at any time from the admin portal however to get a refund, Subscription must be canceled within 5 days from the date of payment.
• Any user who has admin access can cancel the subscription and its organization/user’s responsibility to take precautions.
• You can request to permanently remove your account by requesting a registered email with subject “REMOVE ACCOUNT” sent to support@tagmyfav.com . Account can only be removed if there is no due pending and subscription has been marked canceled.
• If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up period, your benefits will remain active for the entire time that you purchased and you will not be charged again. Should you wish to terminate your account before the end of your current paid up period, your termination will take effect immediately.
• Failure to renew the subscription even after 5 days of renewal date, will lead to the auto cancellation of subscription and it can only be activated by contacting support@tagmyfav.com

Modifications to the Service and Prices

• Avishkaram reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 45 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the tagmyfav.com website. We recommend you check the pricing and terms of service from time to time at tagmyfav.com
• Change of price will not be applicable to your account until your subscription is renewed.

Support

• Support is only available over Email by sending an email from the same email which is registered with us at support@tagmyfav.com .
• Turnaround time for paid subscriptions is within 4 hours unless critical.
• Turnaround time for free subscriptions/trial subscriptions will be within 8 hours.
• Support will be provided only in English.
• Support mode will be only online.
• Scope of support is only limited to TagMyFav apps.
